Terms & Conditions for Exchange and Refund:
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it with the original receipt. Any product returned must be unused and in its original packaging, unless the product is delivered damaged. Please do email us at email@example.com or call our office at 6258 9203 during working hours for our follow up. We will get back to you within 1 business day.
- The final paid price of the item will be refunded to you by credit card or bank transfer.
- Cash vouchers used to complete the purchase will not be re-issued or refunded as cash.
- Only products bought from the online shop can be refunded. Online purchases cannot be refunded in the shops.
- Products can be exchanged with top up of the difference when the exchanged item is higher-priced. This top-up can be paid though bank transfer or Paypal.
- We will send out the exchange item after payment is received.
- No refund of the difference when the exchanged item is lower-priced.
- The store reserves the rights to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used product.
- We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
Terms & Conditions for Complimentary Facial:
The complimentary facial is only valid for the first-time purchase in our online store.
It is only valid for customers living in Singapore.
Only valid for new customers to our physical stores, aged 25 years and above, or who has not visited for the past 12 months.
We will send you an email to invite you for a facial session and our customer service officers will contact you shortly after to schedule an appointment at your nearest convenience.
